0:48.2	And I don't know about you, but I sometimes through the years have had mixed feelings about
0:52.4	Mother's Day.
0:53.1	I don't know if I ever shared with you my shameful story of my very first Mother's Day when my daughter was just a baby.
1:00.3	I had just these unreasonable expectations for the day, and I put a lot of pressure on myself and
1:07.2	on other people, namely my poor husband, Dan. And it caused a lot of stress and it was very
1:13.5	unpleasant. It ended in like an epic fight between the two of us and it's embarrassing. But I hold
1:20.3	on to that memory because I learned a lot from that experience, not just about Mother's Day,
1:25.6	but holidays in general and the kinds of pressures
1:28.2	we put on ourselves and other people. And Mother's Day is just one of those emotionally,
1:33.2	just, you know, difficult days sometimes for people. You might struggle with Mother's Day
1:38.0	because you've recently lost your own mom, or you might struggle with Mother's Day because
1:42.8	you struggle with infertility.
