Governor Bob Ferguson has ordered flags at all state agencies to be lowered to half staff today to honor U.S. Air Force Major Ariana Savino.

The 31-year-old from Covington died last month, along with five other service members,

after their refueling plane crashed in western Iraq.

They were supporting war operations against Iran when the plane went down March 12th.
