pedestrians and cyclists are down, but that didn't stop rogue traffic enforcement on Capitol Hill.

The Seattle City Council is meeting again this morning to discuss the city's comprehensive plan,

namely now Seattle plans to implement the statewide middle housing bill,

which requires residential units like townhouses, forplexes, and cottage housing.

The Select Committee will also talk about how to meet the city's requirements for mandatory affordable housing.

The council needs to put together a draft plan by the end of May.

Sunday marks the start of Restaurant Week, the biannual event that celebrates the city's

food scene.

Almost 200 restaurants in Seattle and more around King County have put together curated

menus and fixed prices.
