Let's clear the air right now.

You have two names for kind of one company.

What's the story behind that?

Well, we named the French Press, as we talked about,

on a whim,

and it's great.

It works really well here.

It's like it really speaks to being a retail space.

You know, we've been open six years in Santa Barbara and it's very much like a beloved community sort of spot with its name and everything.

So but then we thought about when we decided to start roasting coffee about almost three years ago,

we realized that the French press didn't have a lot of traction outside of Santa Barbara in terms of like if we were going to sell our coffee online or, you know, something like that.

Like, you can't trademark it.

Like, did you get that French press coffee?

Yeah, it just didn't...

It's like, is it a French roast?

Like, it just didn't speak to being a roasting name.

But, uh, but we had this name in our, in our bank, which is, Todd and I got married in
