I've ever been told to make something in your life a priority.

Cassie here has something for you that may just take the pressure off.

I do, but it's going to take you rewiring your brain just a little bit.

So I have been told lots of things by well-meaning people should be a priority in my life, right?

For me, I know my kids are a priority.

Keeping them fed and happy and all those good things that you're supposed to do with children.

I've talked often about my weight and bird show listeners will chime in.

Again, being very helpful, I'm not coming down on anyone being like,

you just need to make working out a priority.

You just need to make eating healthier priority.

Then I'll say something else like, oh, I don't have free time.

Someone will say, you just need to make me time a priority.

Then we talk often, we've been talking about playing the piano,

quote, unquote, with our significant others.

And now I haven't played piano with my husband yet this year.

And it is a mid-march, theides of March.

And people will be like, you just need to make your relationship a priority.

And I'm like, what would you like me to make a priority?

Because the definition of a priority is it comes first.

Everything cannot be a priority.

And so I'm sitting here at the end of the day.
