because there's so much I want to talk to you about.

There's no way I'll be able to get to everything.

And so I'm kind of already shooting myself with a foot by

by virtue of expectations. That's very nice you know we can go till 340 if that's

okay with you perfect I you know what I had more than 30 minutes but less than 41 so so 340 will

340 will suit me just fine and I'll I'll go ahead and commence and

rattle off the various honors that you've

accumulated as way of introduction. So my guest today is Professor Cass Sunstein

he is the New York Times best-selling author of Nudge and Conformity,

the Power of Social Influence, both of which we'll talk about momentarily.

He's a former writer at the Harvard Lampoon, which means he's probably got a pretty good

sense of humor, a

corresponding fellow at the British Academy, a Holberg Prize winner, he clerked for

Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall and is the former administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs,
