You're great. Thanks so much, Kirk. Good. Well, glad you having the show. So I wanted joined with Gordon Stein. How are you doing day Gordon? when you go into recessions, it's really good to understand your costs. And so we wanted to talk

a little bit about budgeting this week. So we want to bring on Gordon because Gordon has some

great tips here for people to talk about how they can get their household finance in order.

So Gordon, can you tell us a bit about your background? I was in high tech sales marketing operations

for a lot of years, but always interested in personal finance.

And I found a lot of my people who reported to me struggling with their money, they'd say,

how do you get ahead, et cetera? So I had this idea in my head. And then I found a way to get car

washes for free, crazy as that sounds, didn't save a lot of money, $25 a month. But then I found

a way to save on my home alarm monitoring.

And I started getting curious about this.

What else is there?

How do you free up more cash flow, minimal effort, minimal sacrifice?

So the ideas got gathered up.

They became a list.

And then they became a spreadsheet.

Hey, how much, what's the future value?

What if you had all these savings?

What could they amount to if you could invest this freed up money? And so it was millions of
