That was Casey last month with the North Carolina Courage, who have kept three clean sheets so far this season,

thanks to Casey and Gold. Before we get to the interview, let me give you a little update on my week.

I'm in the midst of my second year coaching the Vermont Green Women's team, and I'm having the best time.

We've been training all week, and the team has been doing such an incredible job.

We have one more game on Saturday, which you can watch on YouTube if you're interested.

Ahead of the games, we also did a live show in Vermont last Friday.

It was all about the growing soccer scene here in Vermont and how the soccer community here helped me find so much love for the game again after I retired.

Guests included Meg Linahan, co-founders of the club, and even some of my women's team players.
