Well, obviously that the politics was around casement and how much that money was going to be

and were there any strings attached to it. I think secondly, we were looking at would there

be an improvement in the top up which Stormett gets to its budget now as a result of something which was agreed at the time that devolution was restored and then thirdly there was this issue of a potential cliff edge when some of the short-term one-off funding which came with Stormont restoration runs out so would that be addressed in the context of this spending review? And we have

answers of a sort to all of those things now. I think we have to be absolutely honest about this.
