Hey, everybody, it's Chris. Today, I am interviewing Carolyn Marin. Carolyn runs the Ann

Wigmore Natural Health Institute in Puerto Rico. Some of you may have heard of Ann Wigmore.

She is sort of a legend in the natural health and healing world, in the raw food world,

in the juicing world. uh the anne wigmore

institute is a non-profit healing retreat center and their mission is to inspire the innate power to

heal by using the living foods lifestyle which was originally created by Anne Wigmore.

She might have been the first person to coin the phrase living foods.

And Carolyn runs this retreat center now and has been there for 20 years, over 20 years.

And she's also a speaker and has a lot of experience working with sick people and helping

them restore their health.

So I think this is going to be a really informative interview.

So why don't we start with the Anne Wigmore story?

Because Anne's not around anymore to tell her story, but it's a pretty fantastic and powerful story.

Yes. And I know it because I'm, my mentor was one of her major students that ended up staying here and running the

institute up until two years ago. Her name is Lalitazas and Leila Brooks. They were here

when she passed. So that and all the people that have come through and told me stories as I used

to be the colon therapist here and people release and tell stories and so it's

been great. But, you know, this, the story is amazing and it can be quite a long one, so I don't know.
