This week joining the Runpod Run Club is actress, broadcaster and tv presenter Caroline Quentin. Caroline recently fell ill with Covid and is slowly returning to the joys of running, and loving it. I'm well, I'm, I'm sort of getting used to life again. I got COVID and I got it quite badly.

So it has taken me a while to pick up actually. I've got to be honest. And I have just started running again after six months really really, of not being able to do very much.

So it's great actually to be talking to you today because I've only started again in the last few weeks.

And I was quite nervous about starting again.

But here to report, I think it might be the way forward to helping my,

my fitness back, really. I think running is going to be the thing that helps me.
