People find public speaking worse than death, so they say,

and my job is helping people to speak in public.

and all those people would watch it,

I think I would probably have run away.

Funny, for the first book, I interviewed a list actress.

It was Kate Windsor, it was Helen Merrin,

it was Sarah Jessica Park, for all of those people.

Collectively, they were blinding me, very dust.

But as individuals, they were just humans.

When someone criticises you,

extract what you need from your criticism,

then let the rest of it go.

The harder I tried to be good, the worse it got.

I think theses have probably taught me that.

Those moments are the moments that really elevates us in life,

and if we don't embrace them, then life is really small.
