We are so important, I believe what Johnson just said, and as they're finishing up the offering,

I'm going to kind of jump in and maybe release a little of that, but I also kind of want to share with you some things God did in us at camp.

So go to Matthew chapter 9, Matthew chapter number 9, and we'll begin to dive back into

some things the Lord showed us at camp.

This revelation of legacy was in our face for the last week as we begin to see the Lord

do such tremendous things among the teenagers,

young people of the church, and the leaders as well.

I mean, it turns it's supposed to be a youth thing, but I think as much happens in the adults as it does anyone else.

And first, I want to honor the leaders that went, just did a fantastic job, loved on those kids, and helped

steward an atmosphere that was just really, really powerful as it related to them being touched.

This generational legacy lens versus personal destiny lens is absolutely imperative.

And I want to say to you why I believe that's the case because if you do not

think long term you'll always be affected by the clock and the calendar and one of the things

that we're learning to do is we are learning to think in 240 year terms it's really difficult

to get in a hurry if you know that much of what's been

promised to you will not actually happen by way of you. Abraham never owned an acre in the

promised land. Salah. Pause and think. Abraham never owned an acre in the promised land. Sala. Pause and think. Abraham never owned an acre in the promised land,

yet he believed he owned every acre of the promised land. Abraham never owned an acre in the

promised land, yet Abraham believed he owned every acre in the promised land.

The promise of Yahweh to Abraham is that your descendants will be as the stars of the sky

and the sands of the seashore.
