even if the pursuit is greater than it's ever been at any other point in time in their life.

I am not creating the standard of pursuit.

Yeshua did.

I am endeavoring always to come up to the measure of the standard of pursuit that was established.

And when we try to find what hunger looks like in the religious culture and make sure

we're one click above what the religious culture and make sure where one click above what the religious culture

calls hunger will fall short 100% of the time because they in the religious culture don't

get to legally establish the standard. So you can't find permission

in scripture to gauge hunger on the curve of the culture.

Because you may be hungrier than the nominal expression of religion that meets weekly in the typical evangelical setting.

Does not mean we're really hungry.

Hungrier may not actually mean hungry.

And I come to the end of this year, so thankful that I'm further and maybe hungrier in pursuit than I was this time last year but recognize in the midst of that the poverty of my own longing

And so although daily I'm telling the Lord how much I want him, I'm also daily telling the Lord, grace me to want you more.

I want you more than I've ever wanted you.

But I don't want you the way I want to want you.

Come on, follow me just a little bit because I want to show the seeds of this into this family because I believe if we remain hungry

we cannot fail.

But if we fail in the area of hunger, it doesn't matter what we do right everywhere else.
