I'm going to eventually possibly debatably make it over to Genesis 29 so you can go ahead

and turn there as you turn in there I want to share with you some of the

sense I have of what the Lord wanted to do with us as we came together as a family

over this weekend. I guess it was not the last time that I was here but maybe the time

before, about this time last year. And I have an unusual patriarchal thing stirring me whenever we bring the family

together from all over and it happened to me I think the most significantly when we were at youth count.

And I began to have this real patriarchal sense of the Lord calling people out of the system so that he could significantly seat us together in the family.

Before the fullness, I would say, or the full measure of what we currently have as it relates to the revelation of family

came. First, there became a revelation of what was not family. That revelation induced what I call

the law of displacement.

That means before you get permission to find out where you're supposed to be,

the first revelation you get is where you're not supposed to be.

And what you do with that revelation has everything to do with whether or not you make it into the

gate of belonging. The gate of belonging is on the other side of your willingness to walk out of the gate of that that you do not belong to.

And so I have to applaud, you know, that there weren't this many people in the family when we first started walking

this process out and and first and foremost it's most significantly and duly noted in Tamia and life in our in our in the secret place in our own life and our marriage and our family in those relationships

But it's also really important for me when when especially when I come here to honor

Bren and Jen for Bren and I came out of the system together at the exact same

time and it was more challenging for him because he has a greater gifting.

Of everybody that said no to the system, I've never known anybody say no to the system that had the gift that could have made the degree of
