Gentlemen, I cannot remember the last time the three of us got together.

It has been quite a while, but we are here today because it is football season, almost.

A lot of folks coming off vacation, a lot of folks coming off vacation a lot of folks getting

ready to really dig into the college football season i'll be on vacation next week so i'm a little

late to that party but gregg let's jump right in why this is the good time to do this podcast

because while i'll be on vacation, I know next week

it's pretty much the unofficial, if not the official, if not the official, kickoff to ACC football.

Tell us what you'll be doing in Charlotte.

Yeah, Tommy, that's the fun thing about this month because you get through June and you have

a little bit of baseball, then you have some downtime, then you have

the fourth. You have the holiday week, and then right around the corner is the start of football.

And as you mentioned, starting next Tuesday, and Charlotte is the ACC kickoff. And they'll have all

kinds of celebratory things, festivities on Tuesday for the coaches and the players coming in.

And then things really kind of get underway next Wednesday, which is when the Atlantic Division gets together with the media for all-day interviews for a variety of different outlets and mediums.

And then the coastal division,

which of course is where North Carolina is, that takes place on Thursday.

And then after that on Friday, the triangle pigskin preview.
