Steak and Butter Gal, aka Bella, is a classically trained concert pianist and violinist who is passionate about advocating an animal-based diet for optimal health. Most recently, she graduated from The Juilliard School’s Graduate Program with a Master of Music Degree (MM), specializing in violin and piano performance. Having been active in the educational and competitive spheres of performance since the age of five, she has experienced the correlation between nutrition and cognitive function firsthand. Sustaining a demanding performance schedule requires utmost mental clarity, unwavering focus, steadfast emotional reserve, and resilience to high stress situations. As such, Bella believes that diet plays a pivotal role in fortifying the considerable physiological and psychological faculties necessary for her rigorous lifestyle. Today, she continues to spread the power of music both online and in person through performances and teaching and combines that with the knowledge and advocacy of the Carnivore diet.
