And, for me because I did all the work ahead of time with my blog—I had spent years building a tribe of people that were used to reading what I had to say, that wasn’t going to be a hard transition for them. But, for me, it was scary. How in the world was I going to do the speaking and the writing thing? 2. I feel like a lot of worship leaders come up to me and say, “I think I want to do something else.” I always say, “Awesome. How have you been building into what that next thing is?
