The worst thing that ever happened to you, you can look back at it.

Work on yourself to a point where it becomes a catalyst to the most beautiful things in your life.

So for me, that includes sexual abuse.

It includes, you know, some deep pain.

And I just didn't think that was possible, but it is.

It is.

It's like when you go back to something that crushed you and led to what you found out,

it was more crushing and, you know, that light came on for me around you.

Shame is a barbed wire blanket. Yeah. Wow. So it liberates you from that and it's not like you're

not going to get cut. It's not like you're not going to get hurt. You're getting cut now. That's right. Liberate yourself from trying to make everything easy all the time. You'll be able to do things that no one else is able to do. About 10 years ago, I went to

in and out. I was with a buddy and he ordered something from the secret menu. And I say, you can't do

that. And before I can even finish, the person across the counter is like, I got you. And I was like, there's a secret menu. I didn't know there's, there's, there's, there's, things that I can order that are not on my menu. Yeah. There are right in front of you,

options that are accessible, easy to access. Yeah. That you do not know and you cannot see

because they're off your menu. They're off the normal way of you thinking, feeling, believing.

You have to choose to

look again. You got to look again. And you've got to get curious about the patterns that you're

running and how they might be obfuscating legitimate options to success for your future.

Where might I be active in the pain in my life? Yeah. Is one of the most powerful questions

that anybody could ask because you're not absolving other people.

I have a choice.

I can choose to talk all day about what happened to.

Yeah.
