Today's question is about airplants.

One of the most misleading names for a plant out there

have caused a lot of confusion

and a lot of people seem to not understand how to care for these.

So today we're going to talk about it. How do you care for air plants?

Air plants are also known as Telansia,

and they're one of the most unique indoor slash outdoor plants that you can grow.

They just have a really cool look and most of this coolness is due to the fact that they don't use soil.

They don't grow in soil. So they just sort of look like they're floating around around just living life outside of the confines of what

most plants grow in, which is soil. So let's talk about what people do wrong when

they're trying to care for their air plants.

First of all, they think that air plants live on air.

They think that everything that the air plant needs comes from the air.

This is not true. Air plants don't grow in

soil. We already talked about that, but they have to be watered. The plants can actually

survive for a while in drought conditions, but they won't grow and they won't thrive and then eventually they will die.

So most people think that when you need to water your air plants, you should just give them like a mist. You just spray them with a little bit of
