Wes and his sons Weston and Perry are owners of On a Mission Fishing Charters based in Naples, Florida. We were introduced to each other by UFC Hall of Famer Clay “the Carpenter” Guida. Any friend of Clay’s is a friend of mine. I was interested in the story of generational guiding and wanted to talk to the Bedell family about how they determined that guiding was the path for them. The trio dominated local tournaments and now has developed a strong business in a competitive market.
