Shaila Buff was on actor John Barthol's Real One's podcast, discussing the abuse allegations

levelled at him by his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs, and he fully admitted that he was awful

to her.

He goes on to say, I upped up bad, like crash and burn type stuff.

I heard a lot of people and I'm fully aware of that and I'm going to owe for the rest

of my life.

And even though he never actually named FKA Twigs, it was pretty obvious that he was

talking about her.

And even since she saved his life by calling him out and making him realize he had to

get his life together.

So now he wants to be an example of what not to do in a similar situation, such as go

after the woman or try to win a court case or get back into a leaving movie or like get

back on at all, which may or may not have been a shot at Johnny Depp.

Oh, I see.

Man, after all that positivity doing that at the very end, it doesn't seem consistent.

It doesn't seem consistent.

And maybe it wasn't.

But look, at least he's been taking accountability.

How many people are really, really rotten and always blaming on somebody else and never

take accountability.

Sounds to me like this dude's been on therapist couch and is really seeing things clearly
