I'm Cindy.

And I'm here with my beautiful daughter, Alejandra.

Hi, Alejandra.

And I adapted her from we adapted from El Salvador.

And so we have taught her to embrace her culture

and embrace all cultures.

And so recently she put her long, beautiful hair,

she had long hair back then into long braids.

And a member of our family chastised

her on social media, which broke my heart.

And so I didn't know how to respond to that.
