We're so happy to have you here this Monday,

and I hope you guys are staying warm wherever you are. It is so cold in Texas. I

know that probably sounds dramatic to people that live like anywhere that's really, really cold, but for us this is pretty pretty frosty.

No I'm sick of it.

Over it. Like during the summer I'm like, oh I can't wait until it closed down a little bit

like I can't wait for winter and now I'm like no I would take a

hundred and ten degrees over this for sure yeah like absolutely no doubt I used to

really not have an issue with colder weather but I feel like ever since I went to the wilderness it like has

kind of traumatized me and so then I get like like subconsciously get PTSD

and like get like in a funk and like just like a weird mood because it just reminds me of like being

freezing cold outside.

Yeah I'm sure that doesn't help and then people already have like seasonal depression

with like this time of the year they already have a worse mood.

Yeah and just mental health and stuff.

Because like no sun, cold.

Yeah.

No green.

You like green.

I love green. Not dead. I know everything's dead everything's sad everything's

mystery. I know you know I always think about my institution friend who lives in Alaska and like
