we're all educating today okay so, so first and foremost, what's in is loving the skin you're in,

positive mindset. As I'm telling you guys right now, the more negative you are about your skin,

you're never gonna look good. You about your skin you're never going to look good.

You're not because you're sulking in it, you're fixated on it, it's consuming you.

I'm telling you when you let go and like figuratively let God, like your life will change, your skin will change.

Remember what I said two episodes ago about the second I stopped.

Yeah, the second I stopped carrying is when things sort of actually change.

Same here, like about my weight and stuff.

The second I stopped focusing on my weight,

like I just put it out there, I'm like,

I want to look like this, and I just stopped focusing on it every second of the day and it got better like it truly you have to

be positive I'll tell you the clients that I have that are more positive about

their skin even when they have acne and they don't feel beautiful but they have an

optimistic outlook on it they get clear faster than the ones that are just so

depressed and upset and just angry and in this vicious cycle of negativity. You are what you attract.
