1:04.0	Welcome back to the Intentional Parents Podcast. You're starting on a great note, Phil, a veggie
1:09.5	stick. I don't know if you just heard that. So we have meetings all four of us together and we're
1:14.6	all four here today. Last couple of podcasts was Elizabeth, you and Diane, and then Phil and I,
1:20.4	and now it's all four of us. We're all happy to be back. Everyone happy to be back. Yes,
1:25.0	at your house this time. We're at our house today. But it was funny because we were just talking
1:29.1	about when we have meetings, whenever the girls, especially our two little ones, Birdie and Sloan,
1:34.1	go to your house and we have a meeting. There's always the z-bars and the veggie sticks.
1:38.6	They count on it. Last meeting, I made a terrible choice. They mostly grab a bowl,
1:44.2	and they put some veggies sticks in the bowl. It's a very small bowl. It's a very normal portion.
1:50.6	I don't know what I was thinking, but I just hand it slow in the bag. It's like, hey, yeah,
1:55.3	just just put some in the bowl that you have in the room and then we're good. They don't get
1:59.1	veggie sticks at home. Yeah, that bag was gone. It was, did you guys know that? They ate all of
2:05.1	your veggies. I really glad because at popcin' on this house, the answer's almost always.
2:10.6	Yes. They definitely did not eat dinner that night. They did. I remember they were like,
