Pierre Poliver is the leader of the Conservatives in the Canadian Parliament and he was responding to a controversy that's going on in Canada about federal drug policy in this province of British Columbia.

In British Columbia, the federal government is going along with a three-year

pilot program to decriminalize hard drugs and the program is one year into its three year period and things aren't

going well in British Columbia. So the British Columbia

ask the government to walk back parts of that decriminalization law.

And the federal government ask the government to walk back parts yet and that's why Pierre

Poliver rose to confront the Prime Minister in a session of Parliament and use the word

Wacko to describe the policy and to describe the person behind it who is Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
