about the most recent election in Canada.

Mark Carney continues as Prime Minister.

His cabinet choices are now revealed, and we will speak to that.

But first, the question of how Mark Carney campaigned was a mystery to me at the time, and I need Conrad's help.

Conrad, do I remember correctly a long time ago, a couple of weeks, Mark Carney had presented himself as a man who was going to fight on the beaches, fight in the hills.

He was never surrendered to this onslaught from Donald Trump.

Do I remember that or did I dream it?

He wasn't quite as eloquent as Mr. Churchill, but he was basically trying to say similar things.

He stated that the United States was a distinct threat to Canada.

He said that Trump was trying to break us so he could take over Canada cheaply.

I mean, this is all nonsense.

It was nonsense at the time.

And you read my stuff.

I said it was nonsense.

But, you know, he and his followers. It was nonsense at the time. And you read my stuff. I said it was nonsense.

But, you know, he and his followers kept bandying about this word annexation.

And as you know, Trump never threatened that.
