Okay. However, the one thing that matters a deal to my eye is the defense of the North because

China and Russia are working with icebreakers and with plans and with bases to dominate the opening sea lanes.

Greenland is part of this discussion.

Gregory, my understanding is that Mr. Carney is making remarks about how he's going to reinforce

the north, how he's going to put more soldiers and ships in, maybe even build some ships.

Well, it's all believable.

The Canadians have been a great seafaring nation,

and of course they had the third largest navy in the world by the end of World War II,

so they had really a force to be reckoned with there,

and their shipbuilding capability is pretty good.

It's now in need of restoration in the same way that the United States naval shipbuilding programs are in grave need of restoration.

But yes, they are building new ice breakers.

They're committing to their new destroyers, a fleet of destroyers, which is going to be pretty
