on? Welcome back. Great to be in studio. Always great to be back. You know, I saw your

vocal coach. Yes. So I'm trying to take some tips to relax my body to sit on cross

sluggish. I guess was his was another tip of his. I'm sitting here cross like it. I got

to get into position. Can you tell you that too? Well, the way you said is important. You

got to be open. Right. Yes. Not close. What's any great? He was great. Yeah. What's his

name again? Gary. Gary. Yes. He's the official vocal coach of the U of podcast. Right.

And so I mean, what I went to him for was to try to stop saying like so much. I don't

know that it's working yet, but it's a it's a slow steady process. You have always had

a thing about saying like too much since starting this podcast. I mean, people it's not like

I made it up. The people message me about it or leave reviews. I have really I have never

in my life that would not the reviewers are vicious. I never my life with you have

I thought that is the thing. Oh, that's great. Every time you've mentioned it, I kind

of just go, you know, what am I going to say? I can't tell you how to feel. I've always

kind of thought of it is almost I mean, look up there. I've always thought about it as

a reminder. There's a reminder sitting in a haunted house of a bedsheet. Yeah. Of reminders.

It's like a post it notes on the wall. It's funny because we call this like this podcast

from a clubhouse, but I feel like it kind of could be a haunted house for someone who's

maybe dated a betchy girl from New York City. It's like. Yeah. They went through rush

and they get it. Yeah. I don't know. But I feel like it's kind of a long island tick saying

like like I do it. I don't notice when anyone else does it, but I think that my friends
