0:44.3	Last week was a tumultuous week. It was a big one. And here on the show, we focused on resourcing ourselves. So finding ways to soothe our nervous system and ground ourselves in a week

1:02.5	that week into this next phase is take some time to contemplate darkness and light. We are in a really particular special time of the year right now.

1:20.0	around this time of the year, like middle November, for some reason, feels like the darkest

1:29.3	technically it's not true. Things are going to get darker. The days are going to get
1:32.8	shorter and shorter all the way until we reach winter solstice in December. But there's something
1:38.5	about this time of year that just feels darker and a little bit more challenging for some reason. I think it's the fact that
1:46.1	we haven't arrived at the magic of winter yet. When it snows, obviously snow lights up the whole
