Look if you've ever had to spend the night in a hospital

You know that is the worst place to try to get some sleep right?

People going up and down the halls, nurses coming in and out, checking on you,

checking on other rooms also. One day is tough, two days is tough, right? Well, we've got a

Birch Big Adventure kid, kid I say, but she's 18 now, has been in the hospital for

150 days over the course of the last year. That room was going to get real, real small for her and her

mom 150 days. So what we're trying to do and you guys can help us out here is just

put a smile on her face, won't take you a long time and

it's free. Yeah they are definitely starting to get fatigued and we just want to

lift the spirits of our Bert's Big Adventure, Kiddo, Abby.

So Abby went on the trip back in 2011.

She has Spina Bifida.

She just turned 18 a couple of weeks ago,

and as Bert said, she and her mom have spent over 150 days in the

hospital this past year. Now for those who don't know Bert's Big Adventures are

nonprofit where we take kids with chronic and terminal illness to Disney

world but we also have this thing called the fairy god parent program and

every day the child that's in the hospital will get a visit from one of our

fairy god parents

by bringing some food, bringing a craft and activity,
