Well, hello there. It's Morgan here and welcome to today's episode. Today we're going to be talking about

0:05.8

can you discover a hidden new beginning in your life? And I'm going to unpack what I mean by that,

0:14.4

especially as it relates to something being hidden. But before I get into that, I have to tell you

0:20.3

a little bit of a story.

0:21.9

So for those of you that have been listening to the show, you may know that I have been playing

0:26.2

video games more than ever. I'm studying it in school. And it's also just a way that I've been

0:31.6

able to get back into something that I loved as a kid and a young adult. And I just haven't had as much time to do it. So I've been

0:39.4

trying to find ways to bring it back into my life. And I've been playing this one game in

1:12.6

So when we think about the new beginnings in our life and we think about things that we may be wanting to start over,

1:19.6

well, what does that mean? It means we have to look to the future, but the future is not something that we can see.

1:24.6

It's not something that we can fully comprehend or understand

1:29.4

what's going to happen. And this could be true if you're thinking about the future in a global sense

1:35.2

or in a communal sense or in a family sense or in a personal sense, whatever it is. When we start to think

1:41.4

about the future, we might find ourselves in a place where we're like,

1:46.3

I'm not really sure how to think about starting over when I have all of this stuff that isn't

1:52.0

figured out. And I'm still waiting for this to come through or I'm still waiting to hear back

1:57.2

about that. And it can be very challenging to figure out, well, how am I supposed to
