Dr. Berg talks about sensitivity to the sun. Do you get hives, skin rash, blisters when you get in contact with the sun? This condition is called photosensitivity, which you are sensitive to UV light. This is caused by a vitamin B3 deficiency. There are two forms of vitamin B3: niacin and niacinamide. If you take vitamin B3 and get a flashing reaction, that is because you took niacin. In that case, you should take niacinamide.
