What's up girl? I'm so excited you're here for today's episode because my attention is for this to feel a little bit like an exhale like because here's the thing that we do as humans I'm totally guilty of

this too is sometimes we catastrophize things or we over complicate things

because we look at the distance between where we are now

and where we want to go whether that's in our health, our marriage, our friendships, our

bank account, insert whatever goal that we have or business thing that we're working

on and we look at that distance and

we're like, oh my gosh, it's so freaking overwhelming. And then we make this

super complicated plan of how we're gonna get there and that complexity has us

feeling overwhelmed or stressed often and then what we do is we just

get ourselves on the sideline and we never actually get in the game and take action

we say one day I'll do this thing or like you know I really need to get going on

that thing or I need to just going on that thing or I need to just

jump and do that or I need to prioritize this and then we beat ourselves up about it and

we like continue that cycle over and over and again I'm not saying this to point the

finger at you although I'm sure you can
