podcast now for about four years and one of the things that lately I've been enjoying is finding different places to record.

A lot of the episodes tend to be recorded in kind of the pretty much the same geographical area.

I am in a part of our community that I've been before, but never to record an episode

in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and in particular the Market Common District of Myrtle Beach, used to be the old Air Force Base back in the day.

And then in the 90s, I think it was decommissioned as an Air Force base, and over the next 10, 20 years, area was redeveloped and it's really pretty

amazing. They're still in process, still new communities going up in the Market Common

District, but much of it is established now and I'm walking this probably if you're coming from the ocean,

and you're coming up Farrow Parkway and entering the Market Common District,

this is one of the first things you see.

It's a row of homes. We call them the Charleston homes. They look like they could be in Charleston,

South Carolina. And there's a big lake in front of these homes with a fountain. You might even

hear the fountain. And I'm going to actually leave the sidewalk, walk over to the lake, and see what kind of wildlife we have in here.

I see a white heron.

That's about it.

And early in the morning, the sun is up up and it shines right onto these homes.

There's probably maybe a dozen and a half different colors.
