The Birch Show. I think I said this yesterday and I am feeling it just as much today and December is this

month right where you just start to feel a little slug-like all the parties

probably eating more than you usually do because you're going from party to

party and you're drinking maybe more than you usually do and I don't know about

you guys but I have here we are again.

Everybody's really merry and throwing drinks at you and it's a tough time to kind of stay in shape and I haven't been to the gym that that hasn't

helped either. Yeah, and I'm not going in January. Yeah for me it's it's a lot of

having to see people before you go home so like you have the parties and you have all

the Christmas bars that you can only go to this time of year

so there's a sense of urgency
