1:25.2	this wonderful book, This Two Shall Last. I love the title. As a four on the Anya Graham,
1:34.8	it seems to resonate with me. I don't even know we're going to go into what it's all about,
1:40.8	but already I'm hooked by the title. Tell everybody just a little bit about who you are
1:46.4	and the background to this book. Yeah, so I am a recovering idealist. I'm kind of haunted by
1:57.1	my own massive dreams for how life is supposed to be and what it actually is.
2:06.8	I am a big nerd. I love to read. And so I basically have found myself in a profession
2:16.1	where I get to be really nerdy for a living and write books, but also get to spend half of my
2:24.5	week working with clients as a therapist. And I focus a lot on complex trauma, but also religious
