Being friendly with your directs

is simply a set of behaviors.

Smiling, asking about their free time, asking about their families,

being polite, starting conversations with small talk,

sharing about your own life, encouraging others

to join you for lunch, accepting lunch invitations,

et cetera, et cetera.

All of these things are friendly behaviors.

They're appreciated, they're respected.

They're even admired by people who struggle to get along well and easily with other people who don't aren't as easily aren't as gifted at making friends.
