These are my personal opinions.

Always seek a professional when you're making choices about your mental health and well-being.

To the person who wrote to me, I'm going to get right into this, to the person who wrote to me and asked,

is it possible he's changed? Maybe he's matured, maybe he got wiser, and he grew out of this narcissistic personality disorder.

I have bad news if he was diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder,

that it's very unlikely he grew out of that.

Because it's a personality disorder and

according to people that know more than me about this, they don't grow out of it.

You don't grow out of a disorder like that.

Now, I have my own personal opinions on that I do think that if you practice the empathy

muscle if you work on it that it's possible that one could start

developing empathy, but it's very difficult for people without it.

If there's no empathy there, it's very difficult to find it to even start it because it's just not there.

So there's really nothing to develop.

So that's an amateur opinion.

Do not listen to me.

Look that up. Look up narcissistic personality disorder and look up how some people

seem to be not born with it. I mean, you've even heard of young teenagers doing things that a

sociopath would do and then they interrogate them because they did something

awful and they just seem to have no care about what they did. They don't care

about the people they've hurt, about what they've said or what they did. They just don't care about the consequences of their behavior.
