A few years ago I read a great book by the late Louise Hay called Life Loves You.

And I like how she calls it Life Loves You because she said you, the word God is loaded.

Some people say the universe, but others don't connect

with the universe as an expression.

So she always says, look, life loves you.

And she would repeat it in the mirror, and she would state it to others,

life loves you, life loves you. And I always feel very safe when I hear that. And I have to say,

it feels accurate to me. In body I can connect with that and it feels true.

Life loves you.

Now the reason I'm referencing this book today is because of a question it posed that I've never forgotten.

And I use this in my coaching, I use this with my friends when they say that something is making them annoyed or something is making them sad.

Can a flat tire give you a headache?

Sounds like a bit of a trick question, right?

Can a flat tie give you a headache?

You might think, well, yes, because it's very annoying to be stuck with a flat tire.

But when we really think about it, you know, can a flat tire give us a headache? The only way that that could really be accurate that a flat tie gives the headache is the source, the undeniable source of a headache is if the tire flies off of the car and hits you or the bike and hits your net.

And that's typically not what happens with flat tires.
