Summer is almost here. School will be out in a matter of weeks, and that will mean for a lot of

people. As things heat up, things will also slow down. People will head out on much deserved vacations, there's grilling out,

honoring annual get-togethers and traditions. And for a lot of families, kids will head out

to summer camp. And there is no greater tradition at summer camp than in the telling of a great

ghost story. Josh Campbell is a curator of stories at Spillet, a monthly life storytelling event in Memphis.

And there is no doubt he honed his exceptional storytelling skills while growing up as a camper

and eventually a counselor at a summer camp in the woods of East Tennessee.

It is there where he may have crossed paths with one of the most legendary creatures known to roam the wilds of Camp Marymount.

And actually the priest who founded the camp is the priest who baptized me, who originally bought the 160 acres

and started the camp on senior rolling.
