Well, hello everyone. Welcome back to the Epic Gardening podcast. Kevin is

0:16.8

spirit to here. We have a recurring and returning guest, the man himself, Cameron

0:22.1

from the Busy Gardener. What's going on, man? What's going on, Kevin? Hey, so it's been a while

0:27.4

both since you've been on the podcast, but also you were down at the Epic homestead for at least one

0:32.8

time. It's not twice, right? Yeah, we hung out a couple of times. One time we shot some videos and

0:37.6

next time came and just kept an eye on how things were going. Yeah, he's my tree sensei. So he's been

0:43.8

monitoring my sort of ambitious citrus hedge plan, which I think actually is working pretty well,

0:49.3

dude. You're killing it. And I'm seeing what else you're planting too on social media. It looks

0:53.0

awesome. Yeah. Yeah. So what's going on with you? Last time we talked and I've seen what's going

0:57.1

on on on the on the gram, you had this wild terrace structure going on the backyard. Yeah, it's

1:04.0

intense. Yeah, we took this, this sloping hill that had dead grass on it and it was just slowly

1:10.5

being eroded onto our patio. And so we were just trying to think of what to do with it. And we

1:15.2

had this idea to just terrace it out. So we have like an eight foot rise from the bottom level up

1:21.0

to where the orchard is. And so we've got three big levels and ended up doing this huge these

1:26.8

huge growing beds with stairs going through the middle of it. Kind of a, I mean, that's a massive,

1:32.8

that's by far the biggest project we've we've done in our place construction wise. So yeah,

1:38.4

ended up with a ton of square foot space. We used to when we first moved in had like a 48 foot

1:43.3

square foot gardening thing and we tore that out. Now we have something like 900 square feet of

1:48.6

growing bed space. 900 square feet. It's like, it's a lot. What'd you have beforehand?

1:54.1

Well, like 40, 48 feet. It was just on the side. So we totally are going crazy. Even after we take

1:59.4

put in walkways, we're still going to have like 750 feet of growing space. What's on the agenda?

2:04.5

Because I know like, you know, you had the orchard expertise. I've been doing a lot of the annual
