rural Cambodia. Following Dr Chin as he weaves his way through rice fields to his next patient.

We've travelled about 70 kilometers south-southwest of the capital Klompen along a nice flat tarmac road but now we've turned off that

onto this dusty bumpy road heading into the countryside.

There are emaciated looking cows. In fact we've just passed a couple of cows pulling a cart.

We're going along the dirt road following a motorcycle because that's how everybody gets around,

including Mr. Chin, the local doctor, who's up ahead and he's got his wife riding

pillion in her bright blue hat. He's also gone on his motorcycle a big chanel bag full of his medical equipment. They're off to make a series of home visits.

Wow, are we going to be able to go down that bumpy road? There has big holes in it.

It's an unusual medical round, but then again Dr Chin isn't quite what he seems. So Dr Chin is opening his Shinnell bag, getting some of his equipment out.

And the patient this time is a woman.

She's got this metal contraption sticking out of her left leg and lots of scars.

Ooh. Dr Chin is pulling more and more stuff out of his bag, out of black sacks inside his bag.

There's a silver box, there's an on pool of some kind of medicine.

Couple of syringes and needles inside their wrappers.

What treatment are you about to give this lady?

Gonna give two injection to this lady. One is for desowing the blood cloc inside the wane and the next one is

ampicillin is antibiotic. And he's preparing one of the injections now.
