Hey, Mike. You probably don't remember me, but we worked together back in 2021 when I was going through the craziest time of my life.

Also great to hear from an old client that I worked with four years ago and has kept all the weight off for four years, which officially puts her in the 5%. because the 5% rule is that if you keep the weight off for more than
