meditation techniques, you're able to draw yourself more deeply into a state of inner stillness as you detach more and more from what's happening outside around you into a more internal state. As you get ready to sit down and meditate, I encourage you to notice

It's common to sit down and have distracting thoughts even every single time you meditate, Even with long time meditators, this is natural.

Breathing techniques are a useful way to help you refocus your thoughts. So when you notice
