Summary

"Knowing that what you are doing is the most powerful thing for you to be doing at that moment is surprisingly powerful."

~ Neuroscientist, Dr. Daniel J. Levitin

Are you finding it hard to focus these days? If so, you're not alone. As we endure the ongoing pandemic, our lives require more focused thought in order to keep abreast of how to stay safe. This week, you'll be guided using meditation techniques to help you focus your mind on what matters most. We'll be following along with the book, "The Organized Mind," by neuroscientist, Dr. Daniel J. Levitin.

This is day 2 of a 7-day meditation series, The Focused Mind, episodes 2376-2382.

so important and how to allow yourself to accept good enough so that you can focus your

0:38.6

thoughts and it does take a lot of energy to focus your thoughts on what matters most,

0:47.2

what's most critical in your life.

0:50.0

In fact, that issue or challenge for this week to every day think about the different

0:59.0

decisions you make, the different thoughts you think ongoing, repetitively, and how

1:07.7
