Breathing in, I am without assessing.

Breathing out, I stop grading my performance.

I can just be here ungraded.

Let me ask, what if you went through today without constantly evaluating whether

you're doing it right? Every interaction gets graded, right? Every choice gets assessed. Well, that was

awkward. Or, ah, I handled that well. Or do we ever think, you know, I shouldn't have said that?

Constant performance reviews of your own life.

But what if you could just live it?

Without the running grade point average.

Here, ask yourself this throughout your day.

Can I exist without constantly evaluating my performance? And with that, today's mantra is this,

I can live ungraded. Breathing in, I am without assessing. Breathing out, I stop grading my performance. I can just be here ungraded. So today, let this be enough to begin. One breath, one step, one morning at a time. Have a most

wonder-filled day. Let's be real. Nobody asked to be a morning person, and yet here we are.
