I wanted to get it back into Jaden Daniels missing the game against the Giants this weekend. He is being held out. Marcus Mariotta gets to start. Jaden Daniels sidelined. E.B.'s coming up with some sort of protest, something he's going to do rather to watch the commander's game and Marcus Mariotto. Okay, because you said you were floored. You said your mouth was agape that you heard that Jaden wasn't playing. I wasn't. I was pretty surprised. I mean, I expected him to play. I think he wants to play. I think Dan Quinn wants him to play. But I'm not totally surprised that in my mind, and we don't know, that front office has shut them down.

Right. The question is, is it going to be shut down the rest of the year? It's trending in that direction. It looks like it is. It's trending in that direction. Yeah. Because they're going to lay the groundwork. They'll probably say, yeah, the doctors still haven't cleared them. Yeah. And then they'll say, oh, there's only two weeks left, really, at this point. what's the point? We're just going to evaluate the young players.

Yep.

And, yeah, it's trending. It's kind of an embarrassing look, I think. And I think that's going to hurt him. I think not playing for the majority of the year this year. I think that is going to hurt him next year. See, where I could see him playing is if he starts creating a little noise and that's not

his style it's not but if there's some noise and there's some tension from jaden like what's

going on here and and if the players are kind of upset you know his teammates because look it was a 10

second clip that i watched but he looked like he was throwing fine, Lucy Goosey with, like, you know, he's... No, he could have gone back in that game. Guys can do that on sideline drills, like, all the time. No matter what their injuries are, like, that's not a real barometer of whether they're ready to go or not. Right, but oftentimes they're not practicing. How many weeks this season, because he's missed so many games, would we go into a Wednesday and wonder, well, we'll find out more day if he's practicing. And then on Wednesday, Dan Quinn would go to the podium and go, yeah, he was practicing, but we're going to find, we're going to make a decision by Friday. This time they shut him down already. The biggest red flag was the fact that

Dan Quinn said he could have gone back into the game against Minnesota. If he could have

gone back into the game against Minnesota and there's no further setback, then he should

1,000% be starting this weekend against the Giants.

And they said there's no structural issue.

The only thing that they could weasel their way out of it is they could say,

eh, he did re-aggravate the bruise a little bit.

And we just don't want to go through the embarrassment sort of of him every time he falls

down, having to pick him up because it's so

painful.

Yeah.

That's the only thing I could possibly.
