I was recently invited to speak at a summit that seeks to unite tens of thousands of men from around the world, to confront the many crises we face..

...and it's one of the most personal interviews I've ever done.

To reach more men, I asked Calling All Men Summit host Michael Skye if I could share this interview with the Muscle Intelligence Community.

Plus, if you register at callingallmensummit.com, you can access the entire Summit for a free encore weekend, December 16th-17th, 2023.

0:24.0

previous 50 years. And if this trend continued into 2023, the average 22-year-old man today

0:33.2

would have an average testosterone level roughly equal to that of a 67-year-old man in

0:41.1

2000, a dramatic drop in T levels. And testosterone is a key ingredient in spurred production,

And I'm excited to talk to our next guest who has an inspiring story of choosing not to go the way that maybe his environment or family

1:15.5

could have led him to go. Ben Pakulski, hope I was saying that right, Ben, raised the top of

And as an IFBB professional bodybuilder, he competed in 23 shows from 2008-2016.

He finished top 10 in the prestigious Arnold Schwarzenegger Classics, Ohio for six consecutive

years, placing second in 2013.

1:46.8

Ben raised the pinnacle of the bodybuilding world in 2012 and 2016,

1:51.4

competing in the Mr. Olympia contest and was considered one of the top ten bodybuilders in the world for many years.

1:59.4

He is now redirected that discipline and obsessive

coaching business, muscle intelligence. Ben, welcome. Michael, thanks for the intro. It's an absolute

2:15.0

answer. Ben, I would love to hear what you're seeing on the first line, as it were, of this epidemic from the men that you interact with, the men that you train and coach, the men you see in the gym. What are you seeing that men are struggling with and perhaps give us an antidote from a particular manner to?

2:33.3

Well, first thing I'll say, man, is I grew up,

2:35.2

as I said previously in this family of obese alcoholics, and I wasn't around a lot of very

2:40.3

strong masculine man. I was very blessed. I had one strong masculine masculine, and my grandfather

born and raised in France, came to Canada in my case, and really represented this model for me
